Nile Point is assisting FHI360 FANTA to develop a Food Security Country Framework (FSCF) for Malawi on behalf of USAID Food for Peace. The FCSF will provide recommendations to USAID on how Title II resources should be targeted, programmed and integrated with other resources to reduce food insecurity and strengthen resilience among vulnerable populations in Malawi from 2015-19. The document will provide an overview of the current context and situation for food security programming in Malawi, and will supplement the Title II Assistance Program Proposal Guidelines as a framework for the development of the next round of program proposals.
